Contact

For support, send an email with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful if the problem is visual or related to a crash.

Quick Help

If Face ID is on but the app does not unlock, try once with passcode. If that still fails, turn Face ID off in Settings and enable it again after authentication succeeds.
CSV, PDF, and JSON files are created locally first. If sharing does not open, check the iOS share sheet permissions and retry from Settings.
If the trial or unlock button looks stuck, confirm your App Store connection and that the latest TestFlight build is installed.
Piglou stores your app data on-device. Removing the app can remove local records unless you export a backup first.

FAQ

Why does Piglou ask for Face ID or passcode?

Piglou can protect the app with device-level authentication so your expenses and budgets are harder to open without permission.

Do you store my financial data online?

No. Piglou is local-first by design. Data is stored on the device unless you export or share it yourself.

What should I send with a bug report?

Include the issue, iPhone model, iOS version, and whether it happens in TestFlight, App Store, or both.

How do I request account or data deletion?

Send an email to the support address above and include the request in the subject line.

Privacy & Data

Piglou is intentionally simple. It does not require an account for normal use. If you export data, the app creates files locally on your device and lets you share them through the iOS share sheet.
